No. Our companions are friendly, professional individuals who provide social support and company. All interactions are platonic and professional.

We're building a global network of companions across every continent. Availability depends on your location — check our booking page to see companions near you.

Booking

How do I book a companion?

Simply choose your service (Walk, Talk, or Drive), select a time that works for you, and complete your booking. You'll receive a confirmation with your companion's details.

Can I choose my companion?

Yes — where multiple companions are available in your area, you'll be able to view profiles and select the one that feels right for you.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though last-minute availability may exist depending on your location.

Safety

How are companions vetted?

Every companion goes through a personal review process including background checks before being approved on our platform. Safety is non-negotiable.

What if I feel uncomfortable during a session?

You can end any session at any time. Please contact us immediately at alohaarigatoteam@gmail.com and we will address the situation promptly.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial fee.

What if my companion cancels?

If a companion cancels, you will receive a full refund and we'll do our best to find you an alternative.
